Midgentic helps teams understand the real value of their AI usage. We take privacy seriously and try to keep this policy short, clear, and free of legal jargon.

In short: we don't sell your data, and any AI usage data you upload is used only to generate insights for you and your workspace.

We collect a small amount of information to make Midgentic work:

• Account info: your email address and basic profile details when you sign up.
• AI usage data: information you upload via CSV or enter manually (e.g. spend, requests, tools, teams).
• Workspace settings: assumptions like hourly rate or time saved per request that power your ROI calculations.
• Product usage: basic analytics about how you interact with the app, used to improve the product.
• Support messages: anything you send us via the support or feedback forms.

We use your information to:

• Generate ROI insights and analytics inside your workspace.
• Provide, secure, and improve the product.
• Respond to support requests and product feedback.
• Send important account or billing notifications.

We do not sell your data, and we don't use your uploaded AI usage data to train external models.

Your data is stored on trusted cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited via role-based controls and row-level security so each workspace only sees its own data.

No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete uploaded usage data at any time from your workspace, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us.

Some records (like billing history) may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal and accounting requirements.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run Midgentic, such as cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics. These providers only process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

Payments are securely handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's systems. we do not store your card information. We only receive limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and the last 4 digits of the card) needed to manage your subscription.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand product usage in aggregate. We don't use cookies for cross-site advertising.

We may update this policy as Midgentic evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
