• Payment information is handled by Stripe.
• Midgentic does not store credit card details.
• Failed payments may result in restricted access.

• You may upload or input AI usage data.
• Data is used only to generate insights within the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use the data you upload.

• Insights provided are estimates and for informational purposes only.
• Midgentic does not guarantee accuracy, financial outcomes, or ROI.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midgentic is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
